Changing collections changing users (Değişen koleksiyonlar değişen kullanıcılar)

This paper focuses on processes in the "acquisitions" field within the library/ information center of a university. Besides, we examine in details that how the experiences gained in the "collection development" process, as we call within the Sabanci University Information Center, have been changed and developed throughout years. Thus, we are expecting that the aforementioned experiences serve as a model for the other institutions, which interest benefiting from them.
