Abstract
This work is a critical edition of the manuscripts originally compiled by Ali Fuad Türkgeldi (1867-1935). Based on two sets of manuscripts, this edition includes 22 biographies of certain Ottoman bureaucrats, politicians and military personalities who served the Ottoman Empire between 1826 and 1908. These are Hüsrev Pasha, Rauf Pasha, İzzet Mehmed Pasha, Pertev Pasha, Akif Pasha, Abdurrahman Nafiz Pasha, Damad Halil Rifat Pasha, Damad Said Pasha, Damad Fethi Pasha, Damad Mehmed Ali Pasha, İbrahim Sarim Pasha, Sadık Rifat Pasha, Şekib Pasha, Kapdan-ı Derya Mahmud Pasha, Abdülkerim Nadir Pasha, Namık Pasha, Esad Pasha, Ahmed Cevdet Pasha, Mümtaz Efendi, Mansurizade Mustafa Pasha, Münif Pasha, and Memduh Pasha.
