Abstract
An online artwork that is a proposal for an alternative tale to Little Red Riding Hood. The tale is based upon a virtual installation that I created for a group show curated under the title of "Little Red Riding Hood: The other side of the Story" by Norwegian storyteller Heidi Dahlsveen. The project was exhibited in the online virtual world of Second Life in early 2013, and the online project presented here is an offshoot of that.
A further offshoot of this installation was also a conference presentation and a proceedings publication that focused upon storytelling in virtual worlds. The work deposited here however is solely an experimental work that combines virtual photography, and written content that is presented as an online flipbook.
Please browse to the online project page to view the flipbook in action: http://decapodagoestotheforest.blogspot.com/
