Abstract

This study aims to explore the effective learning habits of university students. The research presented here examines learning habits and study skills of university students studying in an international institute of Higher Education. This study obtained 18 items that indicated university students’ effective learning habits. In this study, it was observed that significantly higher levels of effective learning habits were revealed in academically successful ones. The results were discussed from an applied perspective by considering the Generation Y characteristics.
