Abstract

Here we report synthesis and characterization of highly conductive mechanically robust AgNW/Ti3C2 Mxene/(P(AAm-co-AAc-co-PEGDA) hydrogels. We employed polyol and coprecipitation methods to synthesize the magnetoplasmonic nanowires which is then embedded in hydrogel network. The resulting composite hydrogel exhibits an electrical conductivity of approximately 250 S/m at 3000 MHz and a storage modulus of around 6 kPa, both of which surpass those of the pristine hydrogel as well as the hydrogels containing only silver nanowires or only MXene. These hydrogels can succesfully be used in high frequency bioelectronics.
