Abstract
Let (Formula Presented) be a finite field of order q. This paper uses the classification in [7] of orbits of tensors in (Formula Presented) to define two algorithms that take an arbitrary tensor in (Formula Presented) and return its orbit, a representative of its orbit, and its rank.
