Abstract

This entry explains the corporate govrenance framework in Turkey from the perspectives of corporate structure and ownership, legal farmework, instutions and regulatory bodies, codes, standards and practices, dislosure ad transperancy and sharehlder rights. Its purpose is to highlight the main charecteristics of the Turkish CG regime in comparision to other countries covered in the book.
