Abstract

We have noticed an unfortunate mistake in estimating the total energies of SGR J1935+2154 bursts seen in 2014, 2015, and 2016. Namely, to obtain the total isotropic energy for a given burst fluence, we had to multiply it by 4πd2, where d is the distance to the source. However, we realized that we multiplied the fluence by πd2instead. Therefore, the total energy of the bursts reported in the published article needs to be multiplied by four. In total, there are eight values to be corrected. We present the SGR J1935+2154 burst activity intervals together with the corrected burst energies in Table 2 (the rightmost column)
